Pizza Kale Chips (first try)

When I promised pizza kale chips a couple days ago, I didn’t realize I’d be making them THAT DAY. Turns out I had a kale craving. Here they are:

1 bunch of lacinato kale aka dinosaur kale, soaked and stripped from the stem

1 tbsp apple cider vineger, 1 tbsp tomato paste

a couple big handfuls nutritional yeast, 1/2 cup powdered cashews

2 tbsp dry oregano, 1 tbsp dry basil, 1 tsp dry thyme, 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped

salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder

coarse puree of 1/2 small onion, 1 medium clove garlic and 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes with oil rinsed off

Mixed it all up in a big bowl with my clean hands. Dehydrated for 12 hours (5pm to 5 am). Extra crispy! I swear they kinda taste like pizza “Combos.”
